1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the app "Audio Flash," these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Apple Standard EULA
Our application is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using Audio Flash, you agree to these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Audio Flash offers a "Premium" subscription that allows you to download more flashcard decks to study on your device.
Payment:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal:
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charges:
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation:
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
4. User Data
Your study data is stored securely. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
